Wholesale, dealer, school program, distributor, OEM, and private label pricing is not guaranteed on the website and may require written quotation or approval from TLY.

All custom, OEM, and private label details must be confirmed in writing before production or preparation begins.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom, OEM, and private label orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production, customization, sourcing, or preparation has started.

You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including product price, shipping, taxes, duties, fees, and any applicable service charges.
